Hunter Campbells’ Interim CFO division would like to congratulate Amanda Cribb on her recent appointment as Interim CFO at Flux. 

Flux is a leading tech company known for creating software products and experiences for innovative energy retailers and their customers. Their software solutions solve the problems of today, and prepare companies for the energy future. 

Amanda has been appointed Interim CFO and Flux are eager to have her on board for her ability to hit the ground running and to put her deep specialist skills in the tech industry into full use. Coming from a large corporate Amanda is looking forward to helping Flux focus on executing their growth strategy. 

Amanda has extensive experience in the tech industry with over five years spent at Datacom as both the Group Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary and Head of Strategy Transformation. Prior to that Amanda has held the CFO role at ZAG and has been an Investment Accountant at Westpac. Amanda also holds two Independent Directorships at Straker Translations and HRNZ. 

Flux required a SaaS industry expert who could come on board immediately. Drawing from our pool of experienced interim finance professionals, four candidates were shortlisted and two moved through into interview stage. The instant cultural fit between Amanda and the Flux leadership team reflect Hunter Campbells commitment to finding the perfect fit between candidates and organisations.
